Delete my data
Last updated April 20, 2026
You can ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you, including photos you’ve submitted, contact details, and associated usage records. This page explains what gets deleted, how long it takes, and how to submit a request.
What gets deleted
- Photos you’ve submitted. Any photos held by us for debugging, support, or abuse investigations are deleted from our systems.
- Contact and support records. Your email address, prior messages, and deletion-request metadata (retained briefly only to prove the request was honored).
- Usage and crash data that can be linked to you or your device.
What we cannot delete
- Photos held by processing providers within their 7-day retention window. Our third-party providers automatically purge photos within seven (7) days of processing; we cannot force earlier deletion on their systems. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Local data on your device. Lessons, sketches, and settings stored on your phone live only on your phone. To remove them, uninstall the app or clear its data from your device settings.
- Records we must retain by law (for example, limited billing records or abuse reports). We’ll tell you which categories apply to your request.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@learntodraw.app with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- The email address you used to contact us (if any);
- The approximate date(s) you used the app and, if known, the device model;
- Any additional identifiers that would help us locate your data (for example, a support ticket ID).
We verify deletion requests to protect your data from unauthorized deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address we have on file.
How long it takes
We acknowledge requests within five (5) business days and complete verified deletions within thirty (30) days. Photos held by processing providers are purged automatically on the providers’ 7-day schedule; we’ll confirm when our records are cleared.
Appeals
If we decline a deletion request (for example, because we are legally required to retain the data), we’ll explain why and how you can appeal. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
